How to Buy Tickets
1. Please use the automated ticket machine to purchase tickets.
2. Please use the route map to check the fare for your destination.
3. Select your preferred option.
4. Your change will be returned to you alongside your ticket.
How to Ride the Chichibu Railway
1. Purchase your ticket.
2. Pass through the ticket gates. Touch the side of the ticket with the 2D code to the reader to pass through the ticket gate. Please place used paper tickets in the “Ticket Collection Box（乗車券回収箱）” at your exit station.
3. Head to the platform.
4. Board the train.
5. Pass through the ticket gates. Touch the side of the ticket with the 2D code to the 2D code reader installed at each station.
Chichibu Railway One-Day Pass
You can purchase this pass either on the Chichibu Railway mobile app or through the Chichibu Railway website, and you can use it directly from your smartphone.
You are required to enter your credit card information for payment.
Purchase date - Can be purchased one month before the day of your journey
Availability - Year-round
Transport IC Card
Transport IC cards can be used on the Chichibu Railway.
